2 cups cooked squash (Organic Delicata)
1 cup Apple Sauce
2 Eggs (Organic Pasture Raised)
4 Tbsps Melted Butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp molasses
½ cup milk
2 12 cups flour
1/2 cup flax
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp ginger
Roast the squash for an 45 minutes, cool and scoop out into a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients first, add in the sugar. Mix with until smooth.
Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, continue mixing until smooth.
Cook at 375 for 45 mins.
